These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Dentstock platform, operated by Dentstock Ltd. By accepting an invite and creating an account, you agree to these terms on behalf of your practice.

The service

Dentstock is a group purchasing organisation that lets UK dental practices order clinical supplies against a curated, pre-priced formulary across multiple suppliers, with budgets, approvals and order tracking.

Accounts & eligibility

Accounts are created by invitation; the first user of a practice becomes its Admin, who manages further users and their roles. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Orders, pricing & suppliers

  • A checkout creates one order grouped into a consignment per supplier; each consignment is fulfilled and tracked separately.
  • Prices and availability are re-checked at checkout; an order is never placed at a stale saved price.
  • Payment for orders follows each supplier’s classification — collected by Dentstock (GPO) or invoiced to you directly by your supplier.

Subscription & fees

Access is provided under a flat, per-practice subscription covering all of your locations, on a 12-month term. Changes or cancellation are handled by contacting support. Fees are stated in GBP and exclusive of VAT unless noted.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access data belonging to other practices, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend access to protect the service or its users.

Intellectual property

The platform, its content and branding are owned by Dentstock or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for your practice’s procurement.

Liability

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Your use is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Questions: support@dentstock.co.uk.
