How is my formulary priced?
Your formulary is seeded by Dentstock from your prior invoice at pre-negotiated prices β a curated, convenient ordering surface.
Why did my order need approval?
Only over-budget orders route to an Admin before they're placed β everything else is governed by permissions. See Settings β Permissions.
How are my orders sent to suppliers?
Each supplier has a fulfilment mode β API (placed & tracked automatically), PDF PO (an auto-generated purchase order is emailed), or Manual (placed by Dentstock on your behalf). For PDF PO and Manual, status is mirrored back to you.
How do I add a team member?
Admins can invite users in Settings β Practice accounts with a location scope and role. The invitee sets their own password.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions run on a 12-month contract. To make changes or cancel, email support@dentstock.co.uk.
